Snickers' Daisies

On Snickers' quest for critters she discovered that the daisies are greening out.

We heard the weather man talking about the warm winter weather in Wisconsin. He said it was a combination of global warming and an unusual northern flow to the El Nino winds. Just west in Colorado they are being buried in snow. Today we got rain mixed with flurries. Look out daisies! You should still be asleep!

You have a lot of nature around where you live Snickers. I hope the frosts don't kill it off.

I love your portrayals of Snicker's world. The dog's eye view is refreshing.

Don't worry about your plant that are greening up - both the sedum and the daisies will survive this weird weather. The foliage on the daisy might look a bit tatty, but it will put out new growth and unless you really look for it, you won't notice these winter leaves when the plant is up and thriving come spring!

*cheers*

Hey Snickers,
We have the same thing happening here in Iowa too. Mama's flowers are coming up all over. We even had water iris in the ponds getting green. She is kinda worried about the apple trees though.
