Snickers the Rat Terrier Finds the Scent
The weather was so warm this weekend that Snickers and I went for a walk around the yard to check things out. She took me for a good sniff around when she caught the scent of some small critter.

She stopped by the downspout as if to say, "Okay, I found the critter, now what are you going to do about it?" We have seen many ground squirrels come and go in these spouts and have caught some in those humane traps. When we do, we transport them miles away so they don't move back in. If Snickers got hold of them, there wouldn't be anything left! (She practices on her toys).

I have squirrels in my garden, but I just like to watch them run around on the fences. I think they're too quick to catch.
