- 8 flour tortillas
- 16 oz nonfat cream cheese
- 2 cups of a mix of chopped: green onion, black or green olives, red and green peppers
Blend the cream cheese to soften
Stir in the remainder of the chopped ingredients. Divide evenly between the tortillas. Spread to cover the tortilla. Roll tightly. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Cut the rolls at an angle to serve. Place the roll ups around a dish of salsa to serve. Very pretty and colorful.
