Wisconsin's Autumn Wildflowers

Wildflowers in autumn have lost much of their color, but not their texture and visual interest. They offer some cover, bedding material and food for birds and small mammals, and seeds for next season. Do you recognize the camomille and flox? My least favorite, are the burr. These can be very difficult to remove from clothing (especially socks) and can be quite uncomfortable for canines that love to sniff and walk through the foliage.
